About the Role: We are a stable and growing e-commerce company looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to join our work family! In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily online order operations—helping us pick, pack, and ship products to our customers.

(Please note: Our warehouse does not have AC, but it is equipped with large fans for air circulation).
Key Responsibilities:
- E-Commerce Fulfillment: Accurately pick, check, and pack daily orders based on packing lists. Print shipping labels, prepare documents, and ready shipments for dispatch.
- Logistics & Driving: Safely drive to local carrier centers (UPS/FedEx) or vendor locations to drop off and pick up shipments.
- Inventory & Product Support: Assist with regular inventory counts, rotate stock to keep products ready for shipping, and help measure/catalog new products for our online store.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the workspace clean, organized, and safe. Restock products and neatly organize boxes and pallets as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Follow safety precautions, wear appropriate safety gear, and maintain equipment/vans properly while working alongside a supportive team.
Requirements:
- Language: English (Required); Spanish (Bilingual is highly preferred!).
- License: Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record (Required for local package drop-offs).
- Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred).
- Shift: Day Shift availability (Required).
- Physical & Environment: Comfortable working in a non-AC warehouse environment (fans provided) and performing light-to-medium warehouse duties.
