Job Description:
- Follow customer specifications and engineering drawings, field measure, material take-off, lay-out, assemble and build.
- Experienced in milling and processing hard lumber
- Must have knowledge of different species of woods
- Must know about custom commercial casework fabrication
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions, review designs and drawings (blueprints).
- Ability to use basic hand tools, power tools, tape measure, grinders, and saws safely.
- Self-motivated craftsman with a "Can Do" attitude.
- Must be responsible, trustworthy, dedicated and hard working.
- Strong attention to detail in measurements and design specifics.
- Work in a safe and careful manner in a fast-paced environment.
- Requires good judgment, and ability to work with others and perform other tasks as assigned.
- Follow all established quality guidelines.
- Organizational and time-management skills are a must.
- Have Good Communication Skills.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
- Availability to work overtime as needed.
- Must be able to lift up to 70lbs
Job Location: Cerritos, CA.
Required education: High school or equivalent.
