Duties
- Engage with potential clients through outbound calls, cold calling, and follow-up communications to generate new business opportunities
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline by qualifying leads, tracking progress, and nurturing relationships using CRM software
- Conduct B2B sales activities to promote our services to dealerships and automotive professionals
- Negotiate deals effectively, upselling additional services or products to maximize revenue potential
- Support sales management by preparing presentations, conducting market research, and assisting in marketing initiatives
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to provide outstanding customer service during all interactions
- Collaborate with inventory management teams to ensure proper inventory control and support retail sales efforts
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or retail sales within the automotive or related industries
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close high-end sales confidently
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales pipeline management tools
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory management and retail math calculations
- Exceptional communication skills, including public speaking and phone etiquette
- Experience in dealership environments or automobile sales is a plus
- Ability to perform outbound sales activities such as cold calling and lead follow-up efficiently
- Demonstrated customer service excellence and ability to support sales initiatives through marketing efforts

Pay: $34,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
