At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Preweighter to work with a leading manufacturing company in New Albany. This role is essential for supporting compounding operations by accurately measuring and preparing raw materials to meet quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
Shift Patterns
- 1st shift: 6:30am to 3:00pm
- 2nd shift: 2:30pm to 11:00pm
- 3rd shift: 10:30pm to 7:00am
Pay Rates
Essential Requirements for Preweighter
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials and drums throughout the shift
- Comfortable using a drum jack to move raw materials safely
- Strong attention to detail when measuring and preparing materials
- Ability to complete required paperwork and material records accurately
- Proficiency in using a computer to log and track materials
- Commitment to following safety procedures and maintaining a clean work area
Role Responsibilities for Preweighter
- Measure raw materials according to precise instructions
- Transport drums and materials safely using a drum jack
- Ensure the correct materials are prepared for the compounding process
- Maintain accurate logs and records using computer systems
- Communicate any material, equipment, or quality concerns to supervisors
