Awahe Academy is a fast-growing Software & Education company. We're looking for an energetic Office Administrator to keep our office running smoothly!

Duties
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
- Coordinate calendar management and schedule appointments for team members and executives
- Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and updating spreadsheets using productivity software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Oversee office supplies inventory, place orders as needed, and ensure the office remains well-stocked and organized
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to track expenses and invoices
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries via phone or email, ensuring clear and friendly communication
- Support office management activities by streamlining administrative processes, proofreading documents, and ensuring adherence to office policies
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other bookkeeping software is preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer literacy including data entry, word processing, spreadsheets, and technical proficiency in productivity software
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer support skills, including experience with multi-line phone systems and front desk duties
- Bilingual abilities are a plus for effective client communication in diverse settings
- Previous experience as a medical or dental receptionist or personal assistant is advantageous
- Ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple responsibilities with accuracy and attention to detail

We follow a professional 3-stage interview process: Screening, Technical Round, and HR Round.

Pay: $17.50 - $25.77 per hour
