Healthcare Signage Coordinator
The Healthcare Signage Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, implementing, and maintaining signage and wayfinding systems across healthcare facilities. This role ensures all signage is accurate, compliant with regulatory requirements, aligned with branding standards, and supports a safe, efficient, and patient-centered environment. The coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for signage requests, vendor coordination, and cross-department collaboration related to interior and exterior signage.
Work Schedule:
- Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

Required Qualifications:
High school education or equivalent required.
2–4 years of experience in signage coordination, facilities operations, healthcare environment, or project management required.
Knowledge of healthcare regulatory and safety requirements related to signage coordination required.
Understanding of Life Safety code requirements; NFPA stnadards, ADA signage standards required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Project) required.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering Technology, or related field preferred.
