MarketForge Collective, a sales firm, is seeking an Entry Level Management Assistant to help our customers enhance their wireless experience with AT&T. The Entry Level Management Assistant guides sales teams in recommending data plans, high-speed connectivity, and the latest smartphones to deliver the best entertainment experience.
As an Entry Level Management Assistant, you will represent AT&T by ensuring that every customer who explores smartphones and data plans receives service that aligns with the company's reputation for reliability and innovation. The Entry Level Management Assistant’s sales success will be tied to how well they embody the AT&T brand in everything they do.
Responsibilities of the Entry Level Management Assistant
- Learn to lead a sales team focused on delivering AT&T smartphones, wireless devices, and data plans that meet the communication needs of business clients.
- Develop and execute sales strategies that drive new customer acquisition, strengthen client relationships, and increase account growth.
- Coach and mentor sales team members on sales techniques, customer engagement, and solution-based selling to improve performance.
- Build long-term partnerships with customers by understanding operational goals and recommending tailored AT&T wireless solutions.
- Monitor team performance, customer activity, and pipeline progress to ensure consistent achievement of sales objectives.
- Oversee account enrollments, service upgrades, and account expansions while maintaining operational accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications of the Entry Level Management Assistant
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Proven ability to lead high-performing sales teams in a customer-focused environment.
- Organized leader with strong time management and sales planning abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.

Pay: $47,325.39 - $56,994.02 per year
