Northland Community Schools is seeking a dependable and student-focused Paraprofessional to join our team. Paraprofessionals work closely with teachers and other school staff to support students academically, socially, and behaviorally while helping create a safe, welcoming, and positive learning environment.
General Duties:

Support students with academic, social, emotional, and behavioral needs as directed by licensed staff

Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism when working with students, families, and staff

Follow student support plans, school policies, and directions from supervising teachers and administrators

Help students develop independence, confidence, and positive school habits
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
-
AA degree, 60 college credits or passing score on Para Pro/Para Educator Assessment

Successful completion of PCA/CFSS
-
Valid Driver's license

Clear Background Study
Salary Range: $16.49 to $18.77
