Stipend Logistics Assistant (July 20 to May 20)
Position Summary
Carolina Day School is seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and enthusiastic Part-Time Logistic Assistant to support the daily operations of the Athletics Department. This position plays an important role in ensuring smooth communication, organization, scheduling, and event coordination for the school’s athletic programs.
The ideal candidate is professional, flexible, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced school environment.
Responsibilities
Administrative Support

Assist the Athletics Department with daily office operations and organizational tasks

Respond to and help manage departmental emails and communications

Maintain accurate records, files, and athletic paperwork

Assist with accounting tasks and entering financial information as needed

Assist with registration process each season
Scheduling & Website Management

Update athletic schedules and changes on the school website and related platforms

Maintain schedules for games, practices, officials, and league information

Coordinate updates with coaches, referees, and league representatives
Uniforms & Equipment

Assist with uniform distribution, collection, and inventory tracking
Events & Programs

Support the planning and coordination of athletic events, banquets, and special programs

Assist with league registration paperwork and required athletic documentation

Help organize athletic department policies and procedures in document creation
General Department Support

Provide additional administrative and operational support as needed

Identify areas where processes can be improved and assist with implementation
