Job Summary: The Warehouse Associate supports the efficient operation of the warehouse by receiving, storing, and distributing products. This role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to maintain accurate inventory. The ideal candidate is dependable, physically capable, and a team player.
Duties/Responsibilities:

To respond to customer inquiries and problems by providing information or directing requests to others who can supply the necessary information or service.

Assist in answering the phones and directing the call to appropriate staff member.
- To input orders as provided by customers via fax, email or by sales staff’s instructions in a timely manner.

Request any necessary information from the appropriate individuals (sales, customer, Aqua Fab team, etc.).

Ensure that orders pending production are provided to the Customer Service Manager each Tuesday morning by 8:30 am so they can be discussed in the weekly Production meeting.

Prepare orders for shipment and ensure the proper ship date is met.
- Complete the “closing” paperwork before shipping orders.
- To properly request freight quotes and issue the correct totals to the orders placed.

To efficiently process orders through the various steps before they can be shipped out.
- To assist customers and/or carriers when there is a problem with the freight that has shipped from us.

Cross-train to assist other CSRs when workload allows or an absence has occurred.
- To maintain a daily work log of orders received and projects worked on, complete with any pertinent notes for the order/shipment
Responsible for additional duties and accountabilities that will be assigned as needed

Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50 pounds

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift

Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, or crouch as needed to perform job duties

Ability to use hands and fingers for repetitive motions, including grasping, handling, and operating tools or controls

Ability to push or pull light materials, carts, or pallets

Ability to reach above shoulder level or below waist level as required

Ability to visually inspect materials, labels, and equipment, including close vision and color differentiation

Ability to hear alarms, machine sounds, and verbal instructions in a production environment

Ability to work in a manufacturing environment that may include noise, heat, dust, or moving machinery
