Assist in overseeing daytoday accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards

Develop and implement new processes to improve efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting and operations

Collaborate with department heads to create budgets, forecasts, and financial models that support decisionmaking

Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and internal controls

Support yearend audits by preparing documentation and responding to auditor inquiries
-
Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement

Lead or participate in special projects, such as system upgrades or process automation initiatives

Mentor and train accounting staff to build a highperforming and adaptable team

Bring innovative solutions and a forwardthinking approach to continuously enhance the accounting function

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA certification preferred but not required)

3+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in a fastpaced or rapidly growing environment

Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel (experience with specific software is a plus)

Demonstrated ability to implement process improvements and solve complex problems
