WE ARE HUNTING FOR SEASONAL TALENT! We are a family-owned, gourmet bakery and we are on the hunt for a talented new seasonal team member to join our crew as a baker. Are you reliable, always on time, and ready to hustle for every shift? Then, we want to hear from you!
This position is SEASONAL to get us through our busy holiday season, September 7th - December 24th, with the possibility to become a regular part-time team member after the holidays.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: We are looking for hard workers who thrive in a fast-paced environment and who are comfortable wearing multiple hats. If you have at least one year experience in commercial baking -- we want to hear from you. This position is part time, with mornings as early as 5am and as late as 3pm.
- Must be able to work alone as well as within a team
- MUST have availability Monday-Saturday
- MUST be flexible to work at both our Scottsdale AND Phoenix locations
- Shift times vary, must be available between 5am and 3pm
- Ideally able to flex up from 20 to 40 hours a week as needed
Bakers spend their day baking cookies, cupcakes, and cakes, as well as frosting cupcakes and cakes. Since we are a scratch bakery, our bakers make large batches of cookie dough, batters, frostings, icings and toppings ensuring quality and consistency every time. They also do LOTS of cleaning.

HOURLY RATE:
- Competitive pay at $19-$20 per hour (hourly wage is $16 plus $3-$4 of a guaranteed tip pool)
Physical Requirements:
Acquisition of Maricopa County Food Handler’s Card / Ability to lift 50 lbs. / Ability to stand for all of shift / Ability to maintain high energy and stamina for entire shift.
