Provide individual and group basketball instruction in assigned skill areas during approved practices, workouts, and team activities.Assist with practice preparation, drill design, scouting, film breakdown, statistical review, and game-planning recommendations.Support approved game-day preparation, bench operations, pregame and postgame activities, and other competition-related assignments.Offer constructive instruction and mentorship that supports student-athlete development, academic priorities, sportsmanship, and personal responsibility.Assist with team logistics, equipment coordination, camps, clinics, community engagement, alumni activities, and other program projects specifically included in the agreement or approved in writing.Attend program meetings and institutional training reasonably necessary to deliver the contracted services safely and in compliance with applicable requirements.Promptly communicate safety, conduct, eligibility, compliance
- Bachelor's Degree and two (2) years of prior playing, coaching, instructional, or basketball-operations experience at the collegiate, professional, scholastic, club, or comparable level
Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities:
- Demonstrated knowledge of basketball fundamentals, teaching methods, practice organization, scouting, and game preparation.

Strong communication, organization, judgment, reliability, and ability to work effectively with a diverse university community.

Ability to satisfy applicable background-screening, training, certification, travel, and insurance requirements.

Ability to perform the essential services safely, including standing for extended periods, demonstrating basketball movements, moving equipment, and traveling when included in the agreement, with reasonable arrangements as required by law.
