We are looking for an energetic groundskeeper who has a passion for working outside, regardless of the weather. One who prides themselves on their work and strives to maintain an aesthetically pleasing environment for our residents. To be successful in this role, you need to ensure that the grounds are pleasant- both visually and operatively. You must be able to work well with others as a team player and an individual leader. The groundskeeper will maintain lawns, shrubs, flowers, walk paths and landscape beds throughout the common grounds. You must be experienced.

- Landscape maintenance experience
- Groundskeeping knowledge
- Maintenance skills
- Proficiency in irrigation systems
- Ability in lawn care and landscaping
- Familiarity with hand and power tools
- Understanding of gardening and horticulture practices
