Duties
- Greet and assist guests arriving or departing during overnight hours, ensuring a positive experience through excellent customer service and friendly communication.
- Check guests in and out efficiently using hotel management software, verifying reservations, and handling billing inquiries with accuracy.
- Monitor security cameras to ensure safety and security for all guests and staff.
- Prepare detailed shift reports, including accounting of transactions, incident logs, and guest requests, ensuring all records are accurate and complete.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone or in person, providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services with professionalism.
- Handle multi-line phone systems with proper phone etiquette, directing calls appropriately and taking messages when necessary.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as reconciling accounts, balancing cash drawers, and updating guest records to support smooth nightly operations.
