We're hiring a Sales Representative to drive growth across two of Property Rush's core engines: working with motivated sellers on the acquisition side, and bringing in new property management doors on the other. You'll work a proven system, talk to real people, and close deals that move the needle.
This is not a lead-warming role.
This is a front-line, results-driven sales role.

What You'll Do
45% -- Seller Acquisitions
- Identify and contact motivated sellers through outreach, referrals, and your own network
- Build rapport quickly and move prospects through the pipeline toward a deal
- Maintain consistent daily outreach -- calls, texts, and emails logged in CRM
- Collaborate with the team on offer strategy when a lead is ready to move
45% -- Property Management Door Growth
- Prospect local landlords and property owners who may be open to professional management
- Present Property Rush's PM value proposition and handle objections with confidence
- Close the agreement and hand off to the property management team -- they take it from there
- Track your PM pipeline and report weekly on activity and progress
10% -- Admin and Team Coordination
- Keep CRM updated and accurate after every interaction
- Join weekly team check-ins and stay aligned on priorities
- Flag anything that needs escalation early -- don't let things sit
KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
Daily Outreach Activity
Consistent volume of calls, texts, and emails logged in CRM -- targets set in your first 30 days.
Qualified Leads Generated
Seller and landlord leads entering the pipeline per month through your direct outreach.
Deals Closed
Acquisitions and PM agreements closed per quarter -- this is where your commission lives.
Pipeline Conversion Rate
Lead to qualified to closed -- we track the full funnel, not just the top.
Warm Lead Response Time
Speed matters. When a lead is warm, you need to be fast.
You're a Fit If You...
- Are a natural communicator -- you make people feel heard and comfortable fast
- Are a self-starter -- you don't need to be managed to pick up the phone
- Are coachable -- you want feedback and you actually use it
- Think in results, not just activity
- Don't stop caring about your pipeline when the clock hits 5pm
- Are comfortable working in a small, close-knit team where everyone pulls their weight
- Have experience in sales, outreach, or a customer-facing role (real estate experience is a plus, not a requirement)
- Are based in or familiar with the Chattanooga, TN area (preferred)
Skills and Requirements
- Proven track record in a sales or outreach role
- Strong communicator -- written and verbal
- Self-managed, organized, and consistent with follow-up
- Familiarity with CRM and property management platforms is a strong plus (GoHighLevel, AppFolio, ShowMojo, Monday.com, or similar)
- Familiarity with real estate or property management is a plus
- Must pass a background check
Compensation and Structure
- Base pay provided during your first 90 days while you ramp up
- Commission-heavy structure kicks in after the ramp period
- First-year earning potential of $95,000++ for reps who hit their metrics (base + commission combined)
- Clear pipeline, CRM, and systems provided from day one
