ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a skilled, dependable Maintenance Technician with hands-on experience to for a 32-unit residential community.
WHAT WE OFFER

MAINTENANCE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Complete resident service requests promptly and professionally
- Prepare vacant units for move-in — turns, patching, painting, and repairs
- Diagnose and repair plumbing or electrical
- Perform preventive maintenance and routine property inspections
- Maintain clean safe common areas and shared spaces
- Repair doors, locks, cabinets, fixtures, and hardware
- Coordinate with outside vendors for specialized or larger-scope repairs
- Track and maintain inventory of supplies and materials
- Respond to after-hours emergency maintenance as needed
- Pick up materials and parts as needed to keep work moving
- Clean vacant unit and after repairs
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a candidate with verifiable experience and hands-on maintenance.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on apartment maintenance experience (required)
- Solid working knowledge of plumbing and electrical
- Experience completing unit turns — patching, painting, cleaning and make-ready work
- Bilingual in English and Spanish — strongly preferred
- Organized and detail-oriented — able to stay on top of work orders
- Valid California driver’s license and reliable personal transportation
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Employment contingent upon successful background check and employment verification
