Non CDL Dumpster Driver / Moving Crew Leader (Leadership Role)

Position Overview
This is a dual-role leadership. You will:
- Operate a dumpster truck (hook-lift or roll-off)
- Lead moving/junk removal crews on job sites
- Act as the on-site supervisor ensuring jobs are done efficiently and professionally
This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow into a higher leadership position (Operations Manager).
Key Responsibilities
Dumpster Operations
- Safely operate dumpster truck for deliveries, swaps, and pickups
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Ensure all loads are secured and compliant
Moving/Junk Removal Supervision
- Lead a crew of 1–3 team members on jobs
- Communicate clearly with customers on-site
- Ensure jobs are completed efficiently and damage-free
- Load/unload items safely and properly
Leadership & Accountability
- Set the tone for work ethic and professionalism
- Train new team members
- Report job updates, issues, and opportunities to management
- Upsell additional services when appropriate
Schedule
- Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Saturdays: Rotating (7:00 AM – 12:00 PM)
- Overtime opportunities available if your willing to put the work in
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required)
- Experience driving trucks/trailers or similar equipment
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs regularly
- Leadership or crew lead experience preferred
- Clean driving record
- Strong work ethic and reliability
