- Follow BPHC checklist to Diagnose, repair, and install residential plumbing systems
- Follow BPHC checklist to Provide exceptional customer service
- Follow BPHC checklist to Recommend the best solutions for homeowners
- Follow BPHC checklist to Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude

What We're Looking For
- Plumbing experience ...within a year of getting your Journeyman License
- Valid driver's license
- Strong communication skills and the willingness to follow our program to sharpen those skills
- Self-motivated, reliable, and team-oriented...willilng to take the time to help out your coworker
- Willingness to learn and grow we're always learning and growing here!
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $25 PH + efficiency bonus's = $80k per year!
