About the Role
We are opening a new retail channel for our ALL NAT brand and are looking for a bilingual Retail Sales Representative to lead this expansion on the ground. This role is focused on prospecting, onboarding, and managing accounts across supermarkets, farmer's markets, beauty supply stores, gyms, beauty salons, and pharmacies. We need someone who already knows how these specific retail channels work — how buying decisions are made, how shelf space is negotiated, and how independent and small-chain retailers operate.
What You'll Own
- Prospect and onboard new accounts across supermarkets, farmer's markets, beauty supply stores, gyms, beauty salons, and pharmacies
- Open and negotiate initial listings: shelf/counter placement, starting order quantities, and payment terms
- Manage and grow the resulting account portfolio, including reorders and in-store support
- Deliver in-store product education and point-of-sale material placement
- Build relationships with store owners, buyers, and staff across each channel
- Represent the brand at farmer's markets, local expos, and community wellness events
- Report weekly account activity and new market progress to the National Sales Director
What You Bring
- Bilingual English/Spanish required — this is a non-negotiable requirement
- Proven experience selling into supermarkets, farmer's markets, beauty supply stores, gyms, beauty salons, and/or pharmacies
- Existing relationships or familiarity with buyers/owners in these retail channels (strongly preferred)
- Comfortable with cold outreach, in-person visits, and hands-on account onboarding
- Organized, reliable follow-through on new listings and reorders
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local account visits
Compensation & Benefits
- $22.00/hour base pay
- 4% commission on the first order from every new account opened
- 1–2% override commission on reorders from accounts you continue to manage
- Overtime paid at 1.5x rate for hours beyond 40/week, per federal and Florida law
