Assisting Hands Home Care is dedicated to providing professional non-medical home health care services, allowing our clients to remain safely and comfortably in their own independent community. We understand that completing everyday tasks and living independently can become challenging as individuals age. Our licensed and trained caregivers offer personal care and companionship to adults with limitations and seniors who require home assistance, including those with dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, and Parkinson’s disease. Role Overview:
As a Community Team Manager at Assisting Hands Home Care, you will be responsible for overseeing our caregiving team of 6 and enhancing community relations. You will be the single point of residental care needs in the entire communty.In this role, you'll collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure the highest standards of care in our services, actively engaging with both clients and staff. Working on-site in Dallas, Texas, you'll have the flexibility to contribute to our mission of empowering seniors in our community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring quality care for clients.

Ensure that all shifts are staffed 7-10 days out and be prepared to find alternative caregivers OR supply the care yourself.

You will also be responsible for the ONCALL duties for the community and Assisting Hands.

Develop and maintain relationships with clients, caregivers, and community partners.

Conduct training and support for new and existing caregivers.

Resolve any client concerns or caregiver issues effectively and promptly.

Implement community engagement initiatives to promote our services and foster relationships.
Qualifications:
You're a great fit if you have the following skills.
- Experience in a management or supervisory role, preferably in Independent living or healthcare settings.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to service.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team and build rapport with clients.

Familiarity with care plans and understanding of senior care protocols.

Proficiency in English, with additional language skills being a plus.
Bonus If You:
- Holds certifications in caregiving, management, or relevant fields.

Have experience using caregiving technology or software.
Employment Type & Availability:
This position is full-time, Monday through Friday.
Location:
This position is on-site only in Dallas, Texas.
