- Perform plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installations for residential and light commercial customers
- Follow all safety guidelines and company policies on every job
- Work with customer service and dispatch teams to ensure smooth job flow
- Keep your work area and service vehicle clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Accurately complete all required job documentation and paperwork
- Participate in scheduled trainings and team meetings
- Represent the company with a professional appearance and customer-focused approach
What You Bring to the Team
- Minimum 1 year of plumbing service experience
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while following established procedures
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Professional demeanor and customer service mindset
- Reliability, honesty, and commitment to doing quality work
- Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs and meet the physical demands of the role
