We're looking for a compassionate, dependable individual to join our team as a Direct Support Professionals (DSP). In this role, you'll support individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities in living fulfilling, independent lives while encouraging active participation in their communities.

What You'll Do
- Support individuals in participating in community activities, events, and recreational outings.
- Encourage independence while assisting with daily living skills as needed.
- Help individuals build meaningful relationships and engage in their communities.
- Assist with transportation to appointments, shopping, volunteer opportunities, and other activities.
- Document services and communicate effectively with client's team.
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and person-centered environment.
What We're Looking For
- Compassionate, reliable, and positive attitude.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to pass required background checks and drug screening.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license. auto insurance, and reliable transportation required.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience in caregiving or human services is a plus, but we welcome applicants who are eager to learn—we provide training.
