This role combines event setup, venue operations, food/beverage service support, guest interaction, and general event logistics. No two shifts are exactly alike, and every team member plays an important role in keeping the event running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Assist with event setup, coordination, and breakdown.
- Support event logistics to ensure activities run smoothly.
- Help manage guest registration and attendee flow.
- Deliver comprehensive food and beverage service
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe event spaces.
- Provide outstanding customer service throughout event activities.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver successful events.
- Represent the company professionally throughout every event.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Hospitality, restaurant, event, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work outdoors and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
As part of Hawaiʻi's tourism industry, our busiest times include weekends and holidays. Team members are expected to be available during major holidays, including Thanksgiving and Christmas.
