Palm Beach Meats is a chef-driven, Wagyu-focused concept recognized in the Michelin Guide with a Bib Gourmand. We're looking for friendly, reliable team members who enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment and delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests at the retail counter
- Process orders and payments accurately
- Help customers select premium Wagyu and prepared foods
- Package retail and takeout orders with care
- Keep the retail counter clean, stocked, and organized
- Restock products and supplies throughout the day
- Work closely with the butcher and kitchen teams
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- Retail, butcher shop, grocery, cashier, or restaurant experience preferred
- Fast casual or quick-service experience is a plus
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
