Meat Fabrication Specialist – Primal & Custom Processing

Pay: $20–$30/hour based on experience
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday

What the Job Entails
- Break down beef carcasses into primal and subprimal cuts for distribution
- Prepare custom orders to specific retail and portion-cut standards
- Conduct boning work on chucks and rounds as necessary
- Handle grinding, packaging, labeling, and proper storage of products
- Maintain sharp and sterilized knives throughout the shift
- Operate processing equipment following safety standards
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation protocols
- Assist with end-of-shift cleanup and equipment sanitization
- Support cooler organization and order preparation
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in meat cutting or processing
- Preference for strong primal and subprimal breakdown skills
- Experience with boning rounds and chucks is beneficial
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and HACCP guidelines
- Ability to work in a cold environment, lift heavy objects, and stand for extended periods
- Reliability and focus to maintain quality output throughout shifts
- Experience in a fabrication line environment is advantageous
