Budget and Compensation
- Hourly Pay Rate: $19.00 – $21.00/hour (based on experience).
- Overtime: Expected, approx. 20 hours/week.
- Reimbursable Expenses:
- o Per Diem and Mileage: Applicable for candidates outside a 30-mile radius.o Housing: Hotel or apartment may be provided for non-local hires.
- Shift/Hours
- Shift Length: 12 – 12.5 hours.
- Rotation details: 7 nights 3 nights off 7 days 4 days off
- Rotation: 7/4.
- No shift premium.
The Bulk Plant Supervisor is responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and reliable Product Service Delivery (PSD) to customers while ensuring all bulk plant operations meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and operational excellence. This role oversees the daily management of bulk plant facilities, supporting the preparation and delivery of blended products and bulk materials to wellsites. The supervisor maintains strict adherence to company policies, quality control procedures, and regulatory requirements, while also developing and guiding plant personnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Service Delivery Oversight — Ensure all job deliverables are accurate, complete, and delivered on schedule to internal and external customers.
- Bulk Product Blending — Oversee and verify proper blending, mixing, and preparation of bulk materials for field operations.
- Inventory Management — Demonstrate strong knowledge of inventory principles; conduct inventory counts, maintain accurate balances, monitor stock levels, and ensure proper documentation.
- Cost Control — Track total material costs and identify opportunities for cost‑effective improvements in bulk plant operations.
- HSE Compliance — Maintain 100% compliance with all Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations related to bulk material handling and plant operations.
- Waste Management — Ensure proper disposal of waste materials, containers, pallets, and other items used in mixing and blending processes.
- Team Leadership — Manage the performance, training, and development of Operators and trainees; promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Risk Management — Identify operational risks and implement standard work practices to ensure safe and reliable service delivery.
