We are a growing, family-owned plumbing company committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality workmanship. We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented individual to support our office operations and help manage our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Position Summary
The CRM / Administrative Office Support team member plays a key role in keeping our office running smoothly. This position is responsible for maintaining customer records, supporting scheduling and dispatch, assisting with billing and collections, and providing excellent customer service over the phone and by email.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain customer information within the CRM system
- Enter new customer data, update existing records, and ensure data accuracy
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians
- Prepare and process invoices, work orders, and other office documents
- Assist with accounts receivable, payment follow-up, and customer communication
- Monitor emails and respond promptly to customer requests
- Maintain organized digital and paper filing systems
- Assist with reporting, job tracking, and administrative projects
- Support the office team with day-to-day operations as needed
Qualifications
- Previous administrative or office support experience preferred
- Experience with CRM software or the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, dependable, and customer-focused
- Experience in the plumbing, HVAC, construction, or home service industry is a plus but not required
