Our Guest Experience Experts will be responsible for daily front office duties, checking in and out guests, overseeing reservations and being the overall point of contact for hotel visitors in a 47 room luxury property.
Guest Experience Associates must have excellent people skills, willingness to learn, quick reasoning, adaptability and problem solving skills.
The primary responsibilities of the Guest Experience Experts include:
- Selling guest rooms and processing room reservations.
- Checking guests in and out.
- Providing local area information, events, and attractions to guests, as well as information and the property and property facilities**
- Processing guest accounts, including postings charges and payments, and settling folios.
- Receiving and distributing guest mail, messages, emails, and faxes.
- Handling guest requests and complaints.
- Following all security procedures to ensure the safety of all guests, employees, and property.
- Generating and review reports, taking necessary action as needed.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace

- Proficient computer skills, experience with PMS software a plus
