Providing residential and light commercial property maintenance. Three-plus years of residential or commercial maintenance experience is required. Computer and texting skills are needed to successfully manage your work requirements. You will be working in several software programs. (Gmail, and Buildium) You are responsible for completing and documenting 5-6 work orders per day on different properties located in the River Valley and NWAr. The job will report to a property manager. The job requires a neat and professional appearance. The right person will have the ability to work a dependable 40 hour week, take instruction, solve problems, manage multiple tasks, and bring a positive "can do" attitude to the job.
