As our Diagnostic Master Tech at The Heights, you'll take on the complex driveability, electrical, and no start jobs that need real expertise, not just a scan tool and a guess. You'll be trusted with autonomy, respected for your skill, and given the chance to mentor other techs when the opportunity comes up.

What You Bring to the Table
- ASE Master Technician certification, or equivalent hands on diagnostic experience
- A proven track record diagnosing the tough, intermittent, "nobody else could figure it out" problems
- Own tools required, diagnostic equipment is a big plus
- Strong communication skills, you can explain a diagnosis in plain terms
- A relentless commitment to quality work
- A positive attitude and a love for problem solving
