The job of Head Start Program Instructional Assistant was established for the purpose/s of providing
support to the instructional program within assigned classroom with specific responsibility for working
with individual and/or small groups of students; and providing instructional support to instructors.
Minimum requirements:
Education Required: Targeted job-related education that meats organization’s prerequisite
requirements
Certification Required: Will be expected to obtain and maintain an Infant/Toddler CDA within 2 years of employment
Experience Required: Job related experience is desired
