MGI Heating & Air is looking for a dependable, organized and motivated Parts & Equipment Delivery Driver to support our technicians and installation teams throughout Northern Colorado.
This is more than a basic delivery position. You’ll play an important role in keeping our daily operations running smoothly by making sure our crews have the parts, tools and equipment they need—when and where they need them.
Most of your day will be spent driving between our warehouse, local suppliers and job sites. You’ll also assist with warehouse organization, receiving equipment and preparing materials for upcoming jobs.

What You’ll Do
- Deliver HVAC parts, equipment, tools and materials from our warehouse to job sites
- Pick up parts and equipment from local suppliers and deliver them to technicians and installers
- Respond to changing delivery needs throughout the workday
- Load and unload parts, equipment and materials safely
- Verify that deliveries are accurate and taken to the correct job or technician
- Assist with receiving, organizing and maintaining warehouse inventory
- Stage parts and equipment for upcoming service calls and installations
- Help keep the warehouse and company vehicles clean, safe and organized
- Communicate with technicians, installers and office staff regarding delivery status and job needs
- Assist with other warehouse and operational duties as needed
While this role includes warehouse responsibilities, the majority of the position will involve picking up and delivering parts and equipment to support our field teams.
What We’re Looking For
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Good communication and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage changing priorities
- Strong attention to detail when handling parts, equipment and delivery information
- Ability to safely lift, move, load and unload HVAC parts and equipment
- A professional and respectful attitude when working with customers, suppliers and coworkers
- Willingness to help wherever needed and be part of the team
Previous delivery, warehouse, construction or HVAC experience is helpful, but not required. We’re willing to work with the right person who is reliable, motivated and ready to learn.
