Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Lab Technician to assist our R&D and production teams. Your primary focus will involve preparing samples, executing experiments, analyzing data, and maintaining equipment functionality for our insulation, gypsum, and ceiling product lines.
Key Duties

Execute material testing and sample preparation following standardized protocols.

Perform scientific experiments and ensure all findings are thoroughly recorded.

Gather and interpret lab data to provide meaningful insights.

Utilize Excel to perform fundamental statistical evaluations.

Ensure laboratory machinery is functional and well-maintained to support team productivity.

Uphold high standards for lab safety, organization, and inventory management.

Generate precise documentation and reports regarding laboratory activities.

Adhere to internal SOPs, health and safety regulations, and industry testing standards to ensure a compliant workspace.
Required Qualifications

A High School Diploma or GED combined with at least 3 to 4 years of chemical lab work, or an Associate Degree in a scientific or engineering discipline.

Previous hands-on lab experience is mandatory, though internships or co-op placements are considered valid.

Foundational knowledge of safety protocols and standard laboratory procedures.

Ability to perform basic data analysis and statistical reviews.

Competency in Microsoft Office tools, with a specific focus on Excel proficiency.

Ability to safely handle chemicals, operate power tools, and manage basic machinery.
Candidates must possess excellent organizational habits, clear communication abilities, and strong attention to detail when managing documentation.
