Core Responsibilities-
Execute routine, predictive, and urgent repairs on all production machinery to ensure operational continuity.

Resolve mechanical issues involving drive systems, pumps, motors, gearboxes, and conveyor assemblies to boost overall equipment performance.

Identify and fix faults within pneumatic and hydraulic circuits.

Support electrical diagnostics for control components, sensors, switches, and motor systems.

Conduct thorough equipment audits to proactively mitigate potential mechanical failures.

Utilize technical manuals, schematics, and mechanical blueprints to guide repair processes.

Log maintenance activities and manage work orders through our digital tracking platform.

Collaborate with production staff to reduce machine downtime and enhance system reliability.

Support the integration of new machinery and contribute to ongoing facility improvement projects.

Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by strictly adhering to all safety protocols and Lockout/Tagout standards.
Required Qualifications-
Minimum of three years of hands-on maintenance experience within a manufacturing setting.

Demonstrated proficiency in mechanical repair and complex troubleshooting.

Direct experience maintaining power transmission components, bearings, conveyors, and fluid power systems.

Capability to diagnose and repair industrial electrical circuits is highly valued.
