As a Shift Lead, you're more than just the person in charge—you'll help create the energy of the café, coach the team, and make sure every customer leaves with an amazing experience. You'll lead by example, keep operations running smoothly, and jump in wherever you're needed.
No two shifts are exactly the same, but here's what you can expect:

Lead and motivate a small team throughout your shift

Keep products looking and tasting consistently amazing

Deliver an outstanding customer experience from the first hello to the last goodbye

Stay ahead of the rush by keeping the team organized and focused

Coach, support, and guide team members throughout the day

Solve problems quickly and confidently

Open and/or close the café

Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workspace

Help create a positive, high-energy atmosphere every shift

Have at least 1 year of leadership experience in hospitality

Are available to work weekends and holidays

Stay calm under pressure and enjoy busy environments

Communicate clearly and work well with others

Take initiative instead of waiting to be told what to do
