Wolfgang Confectioners is seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians to help our talented team and ensure our equipment and building systems are running efficiently, safely, and up to our high-quality standards. This role is critical in supporting our company’s growth objectives while achieving plant production, quality, and cost goals and fostering a culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities

Provide emergency and unscheduled repairs of equipment during production to help minimize downtime while adhering to company safety standards and OSHA regulations.

Perform regular preventative maintenance.

Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and replace parts. Test and adjust for optimal performance.

Oversee and assist outside vendors.

Understand functions and performance levels of production and packaging equipment.

Make recommendations to improve or modify existing process to prevent production delays and increase production efficiency.

Assist with Operations training.

Monitor and inventory various supplies, parts, and maintenance equipment.

Work directly with Supervisors, Leads, and Operators to maintain safe and quality foods.

Strict adherence to all Food Safety and Quality programs and policies.

Demonstrated mechanical and electrical knowledge.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Being bilingual (Spanish) is a plus, but not required.
