Job Title: Registered Nurse - DC
Location: South Mountain, PA
Shifts: 1st shift (6:45am-3:15pm) and 2nd Shift: 3:00 Pm - 11:00 Pm
(Both shifts are available)
Pay Rate: $58/hour
Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse (RN) position involves planning, implementing, and evaluating resident care in a long-term care skilled nursing facility. The RN provides professional nursing care and treatment services according to state and federal regulations, and facility standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resident Care: Plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans based on nursing and gerontological practice standards.
- Medication Management: Administer medications, record doses, and ensure the security and proper documentation of controlled drugs.
- Assessment & Monitoring: Perform physical exams, obtain health histories and vital signs, monitor residents' physical and mental health status, and observe for signs of deterioration or improvement.
Job Requirements:
- At least 1 year RN experience.
- Active PA RN License
- Current BLS/CPR Certification (preferably from AHA)
- Fully Vaccinated against Covid-19
