As a Cashier, A.K.A. Customer Maniac, you will provide world class service as they welcome each and every customer and make them feel welcome and comfortable from the first visit to every return visit. Handles the order process from ringing in the order to suggestive selling. Assists in stocking, cleaning and keep the store safe and enjoyable for the customer.
As a Cook, you are providing the food that Taco Villa has become famous for in West Texas! You will be working closely with another crew member as you prepare orders for each and every customer. Your primary responsibility is to prepare each food item quickly and accurately and to ensure that food is neatly prepared and hot.
As a Taco Villa Customer Maniac and Cook, you must be compliant with the following:
- Willing to provide World Class Service!
- Must have a neat, well-groomed appearance.
- Good knowledge of how to count money.
- Ability to stand on your feet for periods of 4-6 hours without rest.
- Must be able to read, speak, and write English. (Spanish as a second language is a added bonus.)
- Must have the ability to take customer's orders and provide empathy if needed for customer concerns.
- Ability to work well in team situations
- Ability to sweep, mop, and maintain the salsa bar and dining room for overall guest satisfaction and safety.
- Able to stand, stoop, bend and reach.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion.
