Order Entry Supervisor

Quality Enclosures, the Northeast’s premier manufacturer of custom shower enclosures and flat glass products, is seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Order Entry Supervisor to lead our Order Entry team in Central Islip, NY.

What You’ll Do
As Order Entry Supervisor, you will oversee the daily performance, workflow, and development of the Order Entry team. You will play a key role in ensuring that customer quotes and orders are entered accurately, processed efficiently, and communicated clearly across departments.
Responsibilities include:

Lead, coach, and support the day-to-day activities of the Order Entry team

Monitor workload, assign priorities, and help ensure deadlines are met

Review order and quote accuracy, helping reduce errors and improve consistency

Train and develop team members to strengthen performance and accountability

Serve as a point of contact for questions, escalations, and process clarification

Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Production, Customer Success, and Systems teams

Identify and implement process improvements that increase speed, accuracy, and efficiency
-
Help create clear procedures, standards, and expectations for the department
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is organized, calm under pressure, comfortable leading people, and capable of balancing daily execution with process improvement.
Qualifications include:

4+ years of experience in order entry, customer service operations, manufacturing support, inside sales support, or a similar role

Prior supervisory, team lead, or department leadership experience leading people

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
-
Experience working with ERP, order management, or similar business systems
