We are seeking polished, professional, and hospitality-driven Hosts to join our Front of House team. As the first and last impression of the e Fiori experience, you will set the tone for a refined, welcoming, and thoughtfully paced dining environment.
Our concept blends Italian cuisine with a refined European service style, set within an approachable Roman-inspired urban atmosphere.
As a Host, you will deliver a warm, graceful welcome while managing the flow of the dining room with precision, awareness, and poise. Creating an exceptional first impression while supporting a seamless and elevated guest experience.
What You'll Deliver
- Greet guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm
- Create a welcoming, refined, and memorable first impression
- Manage reservations, walk-ins, and seating with accuracy and composure
- Maintain an organized seating plan that supports service flow and pacing
- Communicate clearly with servers and management teams
- Maintain awareness of table status, pacing, and guest needs
- Handle guest interactions with professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
- Answer phones and assist with reservations in a polished and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entry area
- Anticipate guest needs and respond with confidence and poise
- Support overall dining room operations as needed
