We are hiring a Customer Care Representative to support order processing, patient inquiries and customer experience for our medical device products. This is a high-impact role working directly with patients, providers and internal teams.
What you will do:

Manage order intake, entry, invoicing and fulfillment coordination

Handle inbound calls from patients, providers and sales teams

Provide technical support and troubleshooting

Process and document product and non-product complaints
-
Support customer reporting, surveys and follow-ups
What we are looking for:

3-5 years of customer service experience (healthcare preferred)

Strong communication and problem solving skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment

Experience with order to cash processes a plus

Proficiency in Microsoft Office
