Howard Kane Plumbing Co., Inc. is hiring an experienced Commercial Plumbing Foreman to lead field crews and oversee project execution. This position is responsible for managing labor, productivity, safety, and quality according to company standards, specifications and plumbing codes while ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead field crews (Journeymen & Apprentices)
- Plan and manage daily/weekly work schedules
- Ensure projects stay on schedule and within labor budgets
- Coordinate materials, equipment, and manpower
- Maintain high-quality installation standards
- Enforce OSHA and company safety policies
- Communicate daily with Project Managers and Field Leadership
- Track production, labor hours, and job progress
