Join our dynamic team as a Restoration Technician specializing in water and contents restoration! In this role, you will be at the forefront of helping clients recover from water damage, fire incidents, mold issues, and other property emergencies. Your hands-on expertise will restore homes and businesses to their best condition, making a tangible difference in people’s lives. Responsibilities
- Perform water damage mitigation from start to finish under direction of the lead tech
- Set, monitor, and retrieve drying equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers)
- Perform demolition including drywall, flooring, insulation, and cabinetry tear-out
- Take moisture readings and document conditions with photos throughout the job
- Assist with contents handling — pack-out, on-site protection, and documentation
- Communicate professionally with homeowners on-site
- Load and unload equipment; maintain organized vehicles and job sites
- Respond to emergency calls including evenings and weekends as needed
- Follow IICRC drying protocols and safety standards
Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in water mitigation, restoration, or construction
- Prior contents experience (pack-out, handling, or inventory) a plus
- Comfortable using moisture meters and basic restoration equipment
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work in crawlspaces, attics, and confined spaces
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Punctual, self-directed, and professionally composed on-site
- IICRC WRT preferred but not required — paid training available

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
