Join our dynamic team as a Front Desk / Sales Associate, where you will be the friendly face that welcomes members and creates a positive studio experience. You will learn about prospects needs and goals in their fitness/wellness journey and help guide them to reaching those goals.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly at the front desk, providing exceptional customer service and answering inquiries with professionalism
- Complete daily and weekly studio cleaning checklists
- Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system efficiently for sales transactions
- Conduct first visit consultations and studio tours.
- discover what the prospects needs and goals and educate about features and benefits, encouraging informed purchasing decisions
- Assist with merchandising and stocking shelves to ensure an attractive and organized store layout
- Maintain phone etiquette when handling calls, providing clear information and directing inquiries appropriately
- Conduct outreach communication with leads and scheduling first time trial sessions
- Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels, assisting with inventory counts, and replenishing merchandise as needed

Pay: $10.00 - $25.00 per hour
