Flooring & Construction Laborer
We are a growing flooring and construction company looking for a dependable, hardworking Laborer to join our team. This is a hands-on position working on residential and commercial projects.
Responsibilities
- Assist with installation of carpet, vinyl, laminate, hardwood, and other flooring materials
- Help with demolition, tear-out, and jobsite preparation
- Move and organize materials, tools, and equipment
- Assist installers and contractors with daily construction tasks
- Prepare floors and work areas for installation
- Keep jobsites clean, organized, and safe
- Load and unload materials
- Follow instructions and complete assigned work efficiently
- Provide professional and respectful service to customers
Qualifications
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Able to perform physical labor and lift materials
- Comfortable working on your feet and using basic hand tools
- Construction or flooring experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must take pride in quality workmanship and keeping a clean jobsite
Pay
Starting at $18 per hour, with opportunities for increased pay based on experience, skills, and performance.
