Variable days, Sun-Sat 8:15am-5:30pm

$18.00 an hour
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding and timely customer service.
- Maintain knowledge of all company products.
- Make product suggestions and recommendations.
- Facilitate customer checkout/cashiering.
- Resolve customer requests and concerns in a professional, efficient and timely manner.
- Assist with stocking, rotating stock, replenishing, and straightening merchandise displays.
- Assist customers with telephone orders.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the retail sales area, back stock room, and storage.
Qualifications
- Must be Japanese bilingual.
- Previous customer service skills desired.
- Friendly and professional demeanor at all times.
- Current TB clearance.
- Ability to handle customer complaints and maintain self-control.
- Flexibility to work weekends and/or holidays.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Ability to pass pre-employment state and federal background check and drug test.
