About the Position:
The Territory Manager is responsible for managing and expanding sales within a designated territory. This role involves developing and maintaining relationships with customers, HVAC contractors, and distributors to achieve sales targets and promote the company's products and services.
Essential Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the market.

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.

Build and maintain relationships with key customers, contractors, and distributors.

Provide excellent customer service and support to engineers.

Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and effective manner.

Effectively manage and prioritize activities within the assigned territory.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to stay informed about industry developments.

Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the market in the territory.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Provide feedback to the company on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and best practices to effectively communicate relevant information to customers.

Any other duties as required.

Qualifications, Attributes, Education, and/or Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

Proven experience in HVAC sales, preferably in a commercial market.

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and products.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

A valid driver's license.
Computer Skills:
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant business software.

Experience with Epicor Prophet 21.
