The Details
- Role: Licensed Massage Therapist (W2 employee)
- Schedule: Full- or part-time, consistent shifts; must be able to work some evening shifts and weekends
- Pay: $36–$43 per hour (based on experience) + tips + bonuses
- Location: Plymouth, MN
- Preference: You live within about 20 minutes of the studio for reliability and low stress
What You’ll Do
- Provide intentional, high-quality experiences tailored to each guest
- Act as a care consultant and build simple, clear plans of care
- Learn and use ethical, value-based rebooking so guests get consistent results
- Own the full guest experience, from greeting to rebooking
- Communicate clearly and support a solutions-focused, low-drama team
