We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated staff members to join our growing team. As a member of our staff, you will have bar, server, kitchen, dish and bussing responsibilities. Pay begins at $18.50/hour + tips.
Position Summary
Prepare and serve beverages while providing friendly, efficient service at the bar; support overall service by running food when needed and maintaining bar cleanliness and inventory.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare and responsibly serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to recipe and presentation standards.
- Greet guests, take drink orders, and provide menu knowledge and recommendations.
- Operate POS for drink orders and payments; reconcile tabs and handle transactions accurately.
- Maintain bar cleanliness, stock garnishes, replenish ice, and store beverages properly.
- Clean, polish, and organize glassware; ensure proper sanitation and storage.
- Run food to guests when requested or to support service flow.
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption and follow responsible service laws; check IDs.
- Assist with bar prep, deliveries (receiving/stocking), and inventory tasks; follow opening/closing procedures.
- Communicate with kitchen and FOH about orders and timing.
- Process payments, handle cash/credit transactions accurately, and close checks.
- Communicate dietary needs and modifications to kitchen staff.
